Terms of Dealership / Distributor

Enencom will offer Dealership / Distributor on a term not exceeding 5 years. One year before the 5 years is up Enencom may extend the Dealership / Distributor for a further 5 years.

• Enencom does not grant licence.

Enencom will only lease the generator and will co-ordinate the service of such generator with their dealership / distributor.

Printed materials will be available from the launch date.

Enencom will only sign dealership agreement with those who are financially sound.

Attending the launch is by invitation only.

Those who wish to obtain dealership / distributor rights are advised to contact Enencom.
