Minimum age should be 18 years old; there are no maximum ages so long as the person is able to do the job.

The 8000 Group will consider giving employment to person age 16 and above, but must show excellent talent.

Wages range from £15.000 to £38.000 per year.
Wages above £38.000 can be negotiated.
